Scott Bleier is a FOX News business analyst and contributor, a regular panelist on Bulls & Bears and a frequent guest on "Your World w/Cavuto."

Bleier is the president and founder of HybridInvestors.com, a Web-based financial advisory service that merges technical and fundamental analysis. He is also an active trader, money manager and adviser.

Bleier was formerly the chief investment strategist of Prime Charter LTD., where he was responsible for equity, fixed income, and economic forecasting as well as asset allocation, sector analysis and stock selection.

He is a graduate of The George Washington University and a member of the Market Technicians Association (MTA).
